Supdt.Of Post Offices & Ors vs K.K.Gopalkrishnan on 4 May, 2009
Bench: H.L. Dattu, Tarun Chatterjee
IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA
CIVIL APPELLATE JURISDICTION

CIVIL APPEAL NO.3407 OF 2009
(arising out of SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (C) NO.14431 OF 2008)

SUPERINTENDENT OF POST OFFICES & ORS. ….APPELLANTS
VERSUS
K.K. GOPALAKRISHNAN ….RESPONDENT

ORDER
Delay condoned.

Leave granted.

Heard learned counsel for the parties. Since the respondent has already been appointed in compliance with the directions made by the Central Administratitve Tribunal and the High Court did not interfere with it, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned orders exercising our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution.

The Civil Appeal is accordingly disposed of with no order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
