Thank you for choosing LAWFYI Premium. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your LAWFYI Premium subscription, you must do so within 3 days of the initial subscription date to be eligible for a refund. To cancel your subscription, please send an email to refund@lawfyi.io with the subject line “Cancellation Request” and include your account details and reason for cancellation in the body of the email.

Please note that failure to cancel your subscription within the specified timeframe will result in the continuation of your subscription for the current billing cycle, and no refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the subscription.

Please be aware that refunds may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with our cancellation policy or for any other reason deemed appropriate by LAWFYI.IO. Refunds will not be issued for subscriptions cancelled after the 3-day window, and users will be responsible for the full subscription fee for the current billing cycle.
