Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, we are satisfied that this is a fit case where the prayer for transfer is to be allowed.

On the facts of the case, we allow this Transfer Petition and direct that Complaint No. 664 of 2007 titled Vinod Kumar Sharma v. Sunita Sharma & Others pending before the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division)/ ACJM Room No. 24, District Court, Agra in Uttar Pradesh to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Court, Jodhpur in Rajasthan.

The Transfer Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
