O R D E R
These transfer petitions have been filed seeking transfer of criminal proceedings pending in the Court of Special Judge, CBI, Dehradun to the Court of Special Judge, CBI, Delhi.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we direct that all the matters pending against the petitioners shall be transferred to a Court of competent jurisdiction in Dehradun. Files be transmitted to the Sessions Judge, Dehradun for allotment of the cases to a competent Court.

Mr. Siddharth Luthra, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner in Transfer Petition (Crl.) No. 543 of 2010 states that the petitioner Gulab Devi is 78 years of age and is suffering from cancer. We direct that in case she files an application seeking exemption from personal appearance, the trial court will consider the same in accordance with law.

The transfer petitions are disposed of accordingly.
