Having heard learned counsel for the appellant and after going through the materials on record including the application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal before the High Court, we are satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown by the appellant to condone the delay. The impugned order is accordingly set aside and the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. The appeal is restored to its original number. The High Court is requested to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law. The appeal is disposed of accordingly. There will be no order as to costs.
